Queen’s Bio:

Queen-Cheyenne has learned everything about community building and embodying the practices of liberation through their mother, Katrina, and the countless teachers, friends and mentors who have guided them to this moment. Queen-Cheyenne’s passion for restorative and transformative justice stems from a desire to free all African people from the shackles of white supremacy in all its forms.

Our Mission

The Dynamic Justice Collective’s mission is to create youth and community empowerment and self-reliance through inter-generational leadership in restorative/ transformative justice practices, mental health, and community organizing.

Our Programming

Dynamic Justice Collective offers popular education rooted in Black American and Black Philadelphia history, training in conflict resolution and restorative/transformative justice practices and community healing and accountability processes for youth, families and communities moving away from the oppressive systems and want to find new alternatives for healing and repair.

  • Training

    Intentional community spaces facilitated by DJC trainers to support participants learning rooted in popular education. Training topics include:
    ✔ Cooperative Economics/Mutual Aid/ Financial Literacy
    ✔ Restorative Justice and Transformative Justice Practices Trainings 101 & 102
    ✔ Conflict Resolution & Conflict Analysis Training
    ✔ Black/African Resistance to Colonization and Black Philadelphia History Workshop

    Organizations, schools and communities can request training on any of these subjects.

  • Community/Youth Cohorts

    The community and youth cohorts are centered on spaces for youth and community to have deeper practice of restorative and transformative justice with others. These cohorts can range from three to six months depending on the interests and goals of the cohort.

    DJC currently runs a summer youth RJ cohort.

  • Community Healing & Accountability Processes

    Dynamic Justice offers community healing and accountability processes for youth, families and community organizations moving away from the oppressive systems and wanting to find new alternatives for healing and repair

    Process length and scale vary depending on the requests. Dynamic justice operates on a sliding scale for community organizations
